1.7 mill. Dette Ph.D. projekt er et samarbejde mellem Lotus Microsystems, DTU Nanolab og DTU Elektro. Sigtet med projektet er at udvikle en ny kondensatorteknologi baseret på nanofabrikation. Den foreslåede kondensatorteknologi har potentiale til at sætte nye standarder for kapacitanstæthed, minimere tab og imødegå den væsentligste begrænsning i mobiltelefon applikationer: en maksimal komponenthøjde på 0.85 mm. Resultaterne fra Ph.D. projektet vil blive implementeret i vore fremtidige produkter.
